Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, May 8, 2022) – “REGARDING THE SECURITY SEIZURE”

Based on Article 197 paragraph 8 HIR, security seizure is not allowed to confiscate the equipment needed by the confiscated to run his company (i.c. has confiscated a truck needed to run a trading business).

People who apply for and get permission of security seizure who make confiscation of the tools needed to run the company, can be considered to have committed unlawful act.

Supreme Court Decision No. 206 K/Sip/1955 dated January 19, 1957
