Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, February 18, 2022) – THE APPEAL TO THE SUPREME COURT CAN BE ACCEPTED IF IT IS PAST THE TIME

The Appeal to the Supreme Court Application can be accepted even though the grace period has passed as long as the reason for the Appeal to the Supreme Court is regarding the inability of the Judiciary Institution (BPSK/is it only BPSK) to adjudicate cases in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
