The dispute between the Plaintiff (husband) and the Defendant (wife) which was caused by the fact that the Plaintiff is having a relationship with another woman as his mistress who had lived together, COULD NOT BE USED AS A REASON FOR DIVORCE, because the quarrel was not a dispute that could not be expected to be reconciled, as referred to in Article 19 f of Government Regulation No. 9 Year 1975.
