The settlement of bad loans by the bank by sending bank employees accompanied by 2 members of the armed forces to the debtor and forcibly requesting that the debtor, vacate the shop which is used as collateral for the debt, hand over the shop key, and hand over the right to rent the shop to a third party CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED. The way to settle bad loans like that is vigilantism (Eigenrichting) and is an act against the law.
