THE AUCTION CANNOT BE CANCELED BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT BASED ON A FINAL DECISION
The Supreme Court decided that the cancellation of an auction that has been carried out based on a decision with permanent legal force cannot be conducted.
