Decision of the Landraad Meester Cornelis, January 27, 1939 which was strengthened by the Decision of Raad Van Justitie, namely:
“essentially agreed to GIVE EVIDENCE to TESTIMONIUM DE AUDITU”, on the grounds: the statements of the victim who had died were given by witnesses who approached him immediately after the attack took place against him that the person who had stabbed him was someone whose name was also mentioned , also has evidentiary power, judging from the circumstances surrounding the provision of the information.
