THE TENANT IS NOT ENTITLED TO FILE AN OBJECTION AGAINST THE EXECUTION CONFISCATION
The tenant is not entitled to file an objection against the execution confiscation. The party entitled to object is the owner or a person who claims to be the confiscated goods’ owner.
