“Mixed marriages must be reported”
Marriages between Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals (mixed marriages) that take place abroad must be reported to the local Representative of the Republic of Indonesia. If not, then the application submitted to the District Court for the Civil Registry Office to record the marriage cannot be accepted.
