In relation to Article 28 of Commercial Code, a Limited Liability Company whose Articles of Association and/or deed of change of management has not yet been legalized by the Minister of Justice, the Limited Liability Company still does not have the status of a legal entity. As a result, THE THIRD PARTY WHO INTENDS TO SUE THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY MUST SUE THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT OF THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
