Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, February 8, 2022)-“APPLICATION FOR APPEAL THAT MUST INCLUDE AN MEMORANDUM OF APPEAL”
An application for an appeal against a decision of the first court of that adjudicate an application for annulment of an arbitration award to the Supreme Court, as referred to in Article 27 paragraph (4) of the Arbitration Law must be accompanied by reason/memorandum no later than 14 days after the application for appeal is filed.
