Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, December 21, 2021)-KPK DOES NOT NEED THE SUPERVISORY BOARD’S PERMISSION TO CONDUCT WIRETAPPING
The Constitutional Court canceled the authority of the KPK Supervisory Board regarding wiretapping, search and/or seizure permits. Therefore, it is sufficient to notify the Supervisory Board within 14 working days of the completion of the pro justitia action.
