THE QUALIFICATION OF ADMISSIBLE PHOTOCOPY EVIDENCE
Whereas a letter of evidence in the form of a photocopy submitted in a court hearing, which the Judge cannot match with the “Original Letter” which was lost, if the opposing party acknowledges the photocopy of this letter of evidence, then this letter of evidence in the form of a photocopy can be accepted as a means of evidence.
