THE DETERMINATION OF WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE EX RvE VERP LAND MUST BE TRIED FIRST IN THE GENERAL COURT, NOT DIRECTLY TO THE PTUN
Bearing in mind that in this case the Plaintiff is concerned about the ‘ownership dispute’ of land ex RvE Verp No. 13886, then regarding who has the right to the disputed land is a ‘civil matter’ which is the authority and must be submitted first to the general court which will determine who is the actual owner of the disputed land. The dispute over part of the RvE land ex Kemayoran Airport (Certificate of Management Rights ).
