TRANSFER OF LAND RIGHTS VOID BY LAW IF THE DEED OF SALE-PURCHASE IS LEGALLY DEFECTED DUE TO FAKE SIGNATURE
Whereas the transfer of land rights is null and void if the deed of sale and purchase of land is declared legally invalid due to forgery of signatures. However, regarding the forgery, it must be proven first through a criminology laboratory examination or there is a criminal decision stating that the signature was forged.
