Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, June 2, 2022) – “LOAN INTEREST THAT MUST BE ADJUSTED TO THE GOVERNMENT BANK INTEREST”
Although it has been agreed by both parties that the borrower is required to pay interest of 2.5% every month, this interest needs to be adjusted to the prevailing interest rate at Government Banks, which is 18% a year.
