The Review Decision of case No. 803 PK/Pdt/2008 which annulled the West Java High Court Decision No. 532/Pdt/2004/PT.Bdg and the Supreme Court Decision No. 1434 K/Pdt/2005 is a NOVUM, because it has never been disclosed in examination of the criminal case of the Accused, Mrs. Nyanyu Saodah, BA.
