Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, 3 March2022))-“LESSEE DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT AN OBJECTION”
The lessee has no right to file an objection against the confiscation of execution. The party entitled to file an objection against the confiscation of execution is the owner or the person who feels that he is the owner of the confiscated property.
