Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, 29 September 2022 ) – CLAIMS CAN BE FILED IF A PLAINTIFF’S RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED BY THE DEFENDANT

Whereas the Appellee, initially the Plaintiff, as a Debtor only had obligations, namely the obligation to pay off the debt, and had no rights to the creditor. However, to file a lawsuit, there must be a right violated by another person to be able to make the person concerned a Defendant in a judicial process.

→ Supreme Court Decision No. 995K/Sip/1975, dated 8 August 1975.
