THE LAWSUIT IS PREMATURE BECAUSE THERE IS NO GMS APPROVAL AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT AUDIT
The party entitled to determine the profit and loss of a company is the GMS, and a Public Accountant should audit it. The company’s CEO filed the lawsuit for compensation without approval from the GMS and without an audit from the Public Accountant stating that the company suffered a loss. Therefore, the suit cannot be filed now.
