OBLIGATIONS OF THE HEIRS TO THE DEBT OF THE INHERITING PERSON
Heirs, Widows, and all their biological children, after the death of their husbands/fathers, DO NOT DECLARE TO REFUSE THE INHERITANCE OF THE INHERITING PERSON, then the heirs are legally OBLIGED to pay all debts made by the inheriting person during their lifetime.
