Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, 13 October 2022) – The Position of Witness Statements Before Investigators Revoked at Trial
Statements of Witnesses at Investigators which are withdrawn at trial without sufficient or unreasonable reasons can be used as evidence for instructions;
A stand-alone witness statement is if the statement does not explain an event that is related to another event described by another witness.
