Everyone knows that filling gas outside a gas station is very dangerous. If a person despite knowing the dangers still fills gas by using a bucket (outside the gas station) then he must bear the risk. The fire occurred due to the negligence of an employee of PO NV Bintang in carrying out his work, the employer must compensate for the losses caused by the employee.
