Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, March 13, 2022) – “NOT A REASON FOR FORGIVENESS”
In offenses that are Culpoos ex Article 359 of the Criminal Code (because negligence causes another person to die), if in the victim of the offense there is an error or negligence of his own, resulting in a criminal event that is detrimental to himself, then such a situation, is not a “reason for forgiveness” which can be used to eliminate/remove the culpa element from the perpetrator of the offense.
