Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, January 30, 2022)-“NEW EVIDENCE (NOVUM) DECLARED FAKE”
If the new evidence (Novum) which is used as a reference in the First Appeal to the Supreme Court Decision to grant a claim at a later time turns out that the new evidence (Novum) is declared as a fake or falsified by the General Court Decision (which has permanent legal force), then the General Court Decision can be used as the basis for annulling the First Appeal to the Supreme Court Decision through the Second Appeal to the Supreme Court mechanism.
