Because Judex Facti bases its decision only on documents of evidence consisting of photocopies that are not legally stated to be in accordance with the original, while there are some important matters which are substantially still being disputed by the two parties, JUDEX FACTI HAS ACTUALLY DECIDED THIS CASE BASED ON INVALID EVIDENCE.
