Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, April 16, 2022) – “Execution of the auction being sued for alleged legal defects”
To prove the existence of irregularities and violations of the Execution Auction regulations by the State Auction Office Official, the Executed party must file a lawsuit to the State Administrative Court because the matter concerns the authority of the State Administrative Officer and becomes the jurisdiction of the State Administrative Court. This case or issue is not within the jurisdiction of the general court.
