Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, 9 July, 2022) – “THE PARTY ENTITLED TO FILE A LAWSUIT”
The person acting as the seller’s attorney in the sale and purchase, cannot personally (without a specific power of attorney from the seller) file a lawsuit against the buyer, the lawsuit must be declared unacceptable.
