Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, 2 July, 2022) – “PROCESS WAGES IN LABOR DISPUTES”
The decision of the Industrial Relations Court at the Makassar District Court needs to be corrected as far as the processing wage is concerned, namely that the processing wage during a dispute is 6 (six) months, according to SEMA No. 03 of 2015.
