Reason tends to prioritize considerations of rationality and visible evidence, whereas Conscience is full of clarity of heart to see the essence behind events; how beautiful it would be if rationality and clarity of heart became one Unity in every decision maker.
Even if we have the worst laws, as long there are intelligent and honest prosecutors and judges, they will still produce fair and just decisions.
