The Inheritors, widow, and biological children, after the death of their husband/father, DO NOT DECLARE REFUSAL OF THE INHERITANCE/PROPERTY OF THE HEIR, then the Inheritors are legally OBLIGED to pay for all debts made by the Heir during his lifetime.
