Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, June 27, 2022) – “GOOD FAITH IN A CONTRACT”
Because of the impropriety or injustice of performance borne by one of the parties, it is clear that the principle of good faith which is the main element in the implementation of the contract has been violated, so that such an agreement must be annulled.
