Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, June 13, 2022) – “EXECUTION OF INHERITANCE”
In implementing the Judge’s Decision which has permanent legal force and execution power, if the separation and distribution of inheritance cannot be carried out in the form of goods, then the inheritance must be sold in public (auction) and the proceeds in the form of money are distributed to the entitled heirs.
