THE BUYER DOES NOT HAVE GOOD FAITH BECAUSE THE SALE AND PURCHASE ARE NOT CONDUCTED THROUGH A LAND DEED OFFICIAL (PPAT)
Apart from the fact that the sale and purchase were not carried out before the Land Deed Official (PPAT), the Supreme Court judged that the buyer was not a buyer in good faith because they already knew that the object of the sale and purchase was and had been under the control of another party since 1963.
