Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, 29 August 2022) – A DECISION THAT LACKS SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE CANCELLED
The decision that is ondoldoende gemotiveerd (lack of sufficient consideration) was canceled (i.c. after presenting the statements of the witnesses, the evidence presented) because it concluded that the Plaintiff’s claim could be partially granted without examining the Defendant’s defense/tegenbewijs.
