THE DEED OF SALE & PURCHASE MUST PREVIOUS THE ISSUANCE OF LAND CERTIFICATE
The land certificate issued earlier than the sale and purchase deed is not based on law and is declared null and void. Issuance of a Land Certificate without submitting an application from the owner is invalid.
