EVERY PAYMENT OF INSURANCE MONEY MUST SEE THE POLICY AND TRANSPARENTLY INDICATE WHO IS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE CLAIM MONEY
The judge may not pass a decision beyond what the plaintiff demands. Insurance money must be paid to the insured whose name is listed in the policy
so that according to the adage, every payment of insurance money must always see the policy transparently, and it will appoint who is entitled to receive the claim money.
Payment of insurance money that deviates from the provisions of the policy is an illegal act.
