Annulment of Land Certificates (Case of Gelora Pancasila Surabaya).
Granting of new rights to land originating from the European Conversion of Rights (Recht van Eigendom) according to Presidential Decree no. 32/1979 jo. Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 3/1979 jo. No. 5/1973 is given priority to the person or legal entity that has real/de facto control over the land.
