Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, November 26, 2021)-EXPANSION OF THE DEFINITION OF WITNESS
That the significance meaning of a “witness” does not lie in whether he or she has seen, heard, or experienced a criminal incident personally, but whether or not his/her testimony is relevant to the criminal case being processed. Therefore, it must be understood that all parties whose testimonies are “relevant” to the criminal case being processed can become a “witness” to reveal the truth of the criminal act that is being charged.
