Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, December 10, 2021)-LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL’S AWARD
The award of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) is open to the possibility of submitting legal remedies in the form of a “Lawsuit for the Cancellation of the BANI’s Award” to the District Court. And against this District Court Decision, an appeal can still be filed to the Supreme Court. The authority of the Supreme Court to adjudicate this matter is based on Article 72 paragraph (1) (4) (5) of Law No. 30 of 1999.
