Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, April 8, 2022) – “LAWSUIT FELLOW CLAIM’S DEFENDANTS IN THE COUNTERCLAIM”
The lawsuit filed by “fellow claim’s Defendants” PT Bank Bali sued Bank Indonesia, as Defendant I and Defendant II, respectively. Then in the Counterclaim they are in the position that PT Bank Bali as the Counterclaim Plaintiff is suing Bank Indonesia as the Counterclaim Defendant. This kind of Counterclaim has no legal basis in the Civil Procedural Law, so this lawsuit must be rejected.
