Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, 22 July, 2022) – “THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FACTUAL GROUNDS AND THE PRAYERS OF THE CLAIM”
The prayers of a civil claim must be based on and supported by the factual grounds/the arguments of the claim which are clearly described, so that the relationship between each other and the prayers will be seen. If the relationship between the factual grounds and the prayers is not clear, then the claim is blurred, so that according to civil procedural law, such claim must be declared “unacceptable”.
