Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, 21 October 2022) – “THE CLAIM IS INADMISSIBLE BECAUSE ONE OF THE PARTIES HAS NO LEGAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OBJECT OF THE CASE”
Supreme Court Decision No. 639 K/Sip/1975, dated 28 May 1977, stated:
“If one of the parties in a case has no legal relationship with the object of the case, then the claim must be declared inadmissible (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklraard/NO).”
