The Criminal Act of Human Smuggling
The act of sending illegal foreigners in an organized manner who does not have a legal right to enter Indonesian territory or leave Indonesian territory is categorized as the crime of human smuggling according to Article 120 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.
