Today’s Enlightenment (Monday, 15 August 2022) – CRITERIA FOR UNJUSTIFIED POLICE TESTIMONY
In examining the aquo case, the police have an interest in the case to ensure that the case they are handling is successful in court, making their statements incriminating, cornering, or potentially fabricating information. Whereas what is needed as a witness is a person who actually gives testimony freely, neutrally, objectively and honestly.
