Withdrawal of other parts as a problem in the cancellation of certificates
A lawsuit that in its petition demands “cancellation and withdrawal of land certificates” issued by the Land Registration Office, then the Government of Rhode Island cq. The head of the Land Registration Office must be withdrawn as accused. In the same way, the application for cancellation of the IPEDA letter concerned must also be withdrawn as a complainant.
