Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, April 2, 2022) – “CIVIL RELATIONSHIPS THAT ARE NOT BASED ON HONESTY BUT IN BAD FAITH TO HARM OTHERS ARE FRAUD”
The reason for the Accused’s Review to the Supreme Court that the case was not criminal but civil (debts) between the Accussed and Astrindo Travel could not be justified because the Accused in booking the ticket had used a false name/false title. Civil law relationships that are not based on honesty, but in bad faith to harm others are fraud.
