Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, May 23, 2022) – “CLAIMS FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED”
A claim for the return of the goods that have been deposited and if the goods are no longer available, asking the price to be replaced, is a claim which is not odd according to law and therefore must be accepted.
